Join Mobile Om for a free post-work flow in Legacy Park. The class is sponsored by the San Antonio River Foundation and San Pedro Creek Culture Park. Monday, 6-7 p.m. 103 W. Houston St.
While many of the city’s Fitness in the Parks classes are outdoors, kickboxing gives locals the chance to sweat while taking advantage of the air conditioning. The class involves kicking, punching, strength training and cardio. Monday, 6 p.m., Miller’s Pond Community Center, 6075 Old Pearsall Road
Head to either LBJ Park’s Hamilton Community Center or Southside Lions Park for free Zumba. The city’s version of Zumba is a high-energy dance party where you’ll also burn some calories. Monday, 7 p.m. 10700 Nacogdoches Road; 3100 Hiawatha St.
