Sangita Patel is back with another fitness challenge.
On Tuesday, the 43-year-old took to Instagram to give fans another look into one of her impressive workout sessions — this time from Greece!
In the video, the “Entertainment Tonight Canada” host showed off her toned physique in a strappy black two-piece swimsuit. She filmed herself and her husband, Sam Patel, on the shoreline of the Greek Island of Naxos. As her husband ducked down, she jumped onto his back and he pulled her through his legs to a standing position.
After successfully completing the move, the mother-of-two couldn’t contain her excitement as she jumped up and down and beamed at her husband.
“It’s fitness Tuesday! Yo! The shock in both our faces at the end that we pulled it off!” she began in the caption, along with the tears of joy emoji.

The CoverGirl ambassador went on to explain that although the move “wasn’t easy,” it was worth it in the end.
“This wasn’t easy but we seriously have so much fun — luckily during our ‘bloopers’ soft landing on the beach, phew! This involved some coordination and Sam’s poor legs! Thanks for sending these challenges…keeps me on my toes! Who will try?! Okay back to my nap!” she concluded.
Fans and fellow celebrities obsessed over the “gutsy” manoeuvre and gushed over the “Home to Win” host’s “impressive” strength.

“Gutsy move but you guys rocked it!” commented a fan. “Y’all look like you’re having so much fun!”

“Fitness goddess with the Greek god! Love this challenge! But oh this could have gone wrong so fast,” added another with the laughing emoji.
